How to brew your coffee?
French Press
- Preheat the press
with hot water - Single serving: 18g
coffee to 290g water - Add water all at
once; plunge coffee
at 0, 2 & 4 minutes - Allow to rest for
2 min for particles to
settle - Skim oils & grounds
from top with spoon
Syphon
- Single serving: 22g
coffee to 275g water - Soak filter in water
for 5 min prior - Add water to bottom
component, add
coffee once water
has heated, after
brew remove from
heat & stir 10 times - Allow coffee to cool
a few minutes
Chemex
- Wet filter before
brewing - Single serving:
24g coffee to
385g water - Pour in concentric
circles around the
ground; not on the
filter - Swirl before serving
V60
- Wet filter before
brewing - Single serving:
13g coffee to
120g water - Pour in concentric
circles around the
ground; not on the
filter - Swirl before serving

- Single serving:
21g coffee to
150g water - A 7:1 ratio produces
a coffee similar to

stage to fully
